  • School Improvement Plans / Annual Reports (PA 25)
  • Monitor / building turn-in's (i.e., IDP's, evaluations, P.D. Plans)
  • Quarterly Reports to Superintendent on progress
  • Compliance issues (Spec. Education, Title I, Bilingual, ESL, Migrant, Career & Technical Education, District Contracts)
  • Budget / Finance
  • Accreditation
  • Staffing
  • Field Trips
  • Assess program effectiveness (based on student data) and recommend improvement
  • Provide Assessment (MEAP, MAT, NWEA, etc.) Updates
  • Professional Development
  • Address NCLB / EDUCATION YES! compliance concerns

Regular site visits for:

  • Data conferences around student achievement
  • Financial reviews
  • Resource management (Human and Instructional)
  • Learning Progress
  • Assure Compliance with contracts (State & Federal Regulations)
  • Classroom observations
