Free sports physicals are scheduled to take place on May 30th from 1-5 pm. These will be held at Holmes in their family engagement room. You must reserve a time slot through the Signup Genius and complete both forms in order to receive the physical. Please see the school coaching staff, main office, or nurse for assistance with receiving the forms to get completed. This is an opportunity to be prepared for the upcoming sports seasons!

Thank you all who were able to make it out to the sports physicals, provided by Hamilton Health Network, at Southwestern last Thursday!
We will be cancelling the sports physicals for tomorrow at Holmes and will be rescheduling them for later this month. If you are an athlete you will need a sports physical to participate next school year. Please look out for more details on the new date we will be holding more sports physicals at Holmes. Remember that after signing up for a time slot that there will be two documents that must be signed by a guardian in order to receive the physical.

It’s time to celebrate the Class of 2025! Senior Spirit Week kicks off next week, and we are thrilled to honor our seniors with a week full of fun, pride, and memories. We encourage all seniors (and staff!) to show their spirit each day as we count down to graduation!
Here’s the lineup for the week:
Monday — Pajama Day
Roll out of bed and come comfy! Cozy pajamas all day.
Tuesday — Decades Day
Throw it back! Dress from your favorite decade — whether it’s the ’70s, ’90s, or anywhere in between.
Wednesday — College & Career Day
Show off your future! Rep your college, trade, military, or career gear.
Thursday — Throwback Thursday
Dig into the archives — wear something from your earlier school years (elementary or middle school memories welcome!).
Friday — Senior Destination Day
