Due to upcoming renovations the Spring Break has been extended two days.

Please note that there will be NO SCHOOL from March 21st through April 5th. All Potter Elementary and Brownell STEM Academy scholars and staff will resume classes on April 8, 2024, at the regular arrival time of 8:45 am. 

We appreciate your patience and support during this transitional period. We understand that changes may present challenges, but we are confident that these improvements will greatly benefit our scholars in the long run. Rest assured, we will strive to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition.

Dear Pierce Elementary Families, 

We are thrilled to extend a special invitation to your child for a guided tour of their new school, the Doyle Ryder Education Center, in preparation for the 2024-25 academic year. 

Date: April 18, 2024 Tour Times: 

For 3rd to 6th Grades: 9:00 am - 10:15 am 

For Kindergarten to 2nd Grade: 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm 

This tour presents a fantastic opportunity for your child to familiarize themselves with the building, meet our wonderful staff, and ask any questions they may have about their upcoming school year. Please note that this tour is exclusively for scholars. 

In addition, we are excited to announce that a separate family tour will take place on May 16, 2024, where parents and guardians will have the chance to explore the facilities to learn about the various resources available to scholars, and gain insights into the exciting programs and initiatives planned for the upcoming school year. 

To ensure your child's participation in the tour on April 18th, we kindly ask that you complete and return the field trip permission form by Friday, April 12, 2024 to Pierce Elementary main office or your child’s teacher. 

We look forward to welcoming your child to the Doyle Ryder Education Center and providing them with an enriching tour experience.
