On February 2, the Flint Regional Science and Engineering Fair hosted its Elementary Fair at the Sloan Museum of Discovery, where young innovators from across Genesee County proudly showcased their scientific curiosity, creativity, and hard work. Among the impressive participants were scholars from Brownell STEM Academy, who represented Flint Community Schools with excellence and pride.
Students presented their projects to judges and guests, followed by a special awards ceremony held at the Longway Planetarium. Brownell’s young scientists delivered outstanding performances, earning top honors and recognition for their innovation and dedication. These scholars were also celebrated during Brownell STEM Academy’s parent meeting this month, where families and staff recognized their remarkable achievements and had the opportunity to view their award-winning presentations firsthand.
